the church OUT THERE on the streets of our town or city. It creates stepping stones for people to come to know Jesus, and along the way they get healed.

Parish Nursing Ministries
Most people with health needs spend very little time in hospital or hospices whe
re spiritual care happens through chaplaincy. Unless their need is known by a local minister, people may receive very little in the way of spiritual care in the community, other than that occasionally offered through community mental health teams, or cancer care nurses, but community health services are limited and have to be directed to the most needy.

We think of Prospects as a mission to people with learning disabilities. 
There are over 1.4 million people with learning disabilities in the UK; they are in every parish and every community, and they need to know that Jesus loves them.
Prospects provides advice, training and resource materials to equip churches for effective ministry and outreach among people dearly loved by God and often marginalised by society.
